What do I need to do to switch?

Very little. Just start the sign-up process on our website. We handle everything else, including cancelling the contract with your previous supplier. No paperwork or hassle for you!

How can I sign up?

It's easy. Have a recent bill, your ID (DNI/NIE), and your bank account number (IBAN) handy. You can get started on our website right now and calculate your savings in seconds.

Do I need to change my meter or my installation?

No. Your installation and meter remain the same, and no modifications are needed. Your local distribution company is responsible for them, regardless of your energy supplier.

Can I change my contracted power or rate later on?

Of course! Once you're with us, you can easily request to change your contracted power or switch to a different tariff through our contact channels. We'll advise you on how to contract only what you need to maximize your savings.

Can I sign up if the contract is not in my name?

Yes. If you live at the property and pay the bills, you can request to change the contract holder's name when you sign up with us. It's a simple process that we manage for you.

 

How will I receive my bills?

We'll conveniently send them to your email address every month. You will also have access to your customer area on our website to view and download all your bills anytime you want.

What is the CUPS code?

It's the unique identification code for your electricity supply point, much like an ID card for your installation. You can find it on any of your electricity bills.

Supplier vs. Distributor?
  • The Distributor is the company that owns the cables and your meter. It is assigned to you based on your geographical area and is responsible for maintenance and fixing power outages.

  • The Supplier (like UENERGIA) is the company that sells you the energy and sends you the bill. This is the company you are free to choose!
