What data do we use?
Electricity customers: We process all the data of our electricity supply customers. We need them to fulfill the contract that binds us and bill the energy you consume.
Why do we have your data? We need them to make possible the electricity supply you have contracted and to bill your energy consumption.
Why can we have your data? Performance of a contract to which you are a party.
Will we give your data to anyone? No.
What can you do about your data? You can request the exercise of the rights you have with respect to your data (access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation, suppression); just send us your request according to the instructions below.
